Resume

2004-2011,  for this 7 years I have worked for VHF Technologies SA, a manufacturer and retailer of flexible photovoltaic panels marketed under the brand name “Flexcell”. This company which was created in 2000 has since grown significantly and further developed its unique technology (amorphous silicone deposited on a polymer substrate). I started as a Development Engineer at Flexcell during the very early stages of its development. I was later promoted to Team Leader of an engineering group and a Coordinator of PV Installation Projects.

Today, I am particularly interested in the project management aspects, as I have concentrated on this area of expertise my entire career.

EMPLOYEUR ACTUEL : Nestlé - System Technology Centre (NSTC)

FONCTION : Project Manager

As a PM in the NSTC, my current activities consist to :

•Prepare project proposals, incl. resource planning
•Lead and manage projects / task in Multi Beverage System (Dolce Gusto)
•Manage relationship with external service providers
•Ensure, together with Manufacturing Specialist, that supplier (OEM) can deliver defined System quality
•Train, coach and advise the team
•Drive new ideas and propose improvements across Multi beverage systems, methods or products
•Protect intellectual assets for projects
